1. Basic Consultation
If you are really unsure how where to start with your renovation, we can, for a small fee, come to your home, clarify some of your ideas, make suggestions on where to start, how far to go and give some indication of costs you may incur.
2. In Home Design consultation
Specializing in kitchen and bathroom design and any other custom joinery in your home, Our Designer can assist you with your space. We will produce a design concept to present to you. with plan, elevations and 3d Rendered Views, we will also assist you with colours, finishes , samples and pc items. Included is one revision to the design, any further changes will be an additional fee. Your detailed plans are yours to keep & ready for your chosen manufacturer and trades people to quote for you.
* We also offer the option to arrange quotations for your joinery & trades people as needed . All drawings will be supplied and presented as a project proposal. Please let the designer know if you wish to proceed in this option.
3. On-Line consultation
We offer an on-line service. You can email your architectural plans or measurements of your existing space. We will email you a questionnaire to help me get to know your needs. With the information providing the details of your kitchen ,bathroom, home office, wardrobes or any other custom joinery , we will collaborate with you via e-mail and or phone. We will produce one design concept to present to you. Included is one revision to the design, any further changes will be an additional fee. Once design is confrimed you will receive full detailed plans ready for your chosen manufacturer & trades people to quote for you.
* We also offer the option to arrange quotations for your joinery & trades people as needed . All drawings will be supplied and presented as a project proposal. Please let the designer know if you wish to proceed in this option.
Our Design Fees
1. Basic consultation fee $ 120.00 *
2. In home design consultation based on kitchen or Bathroom design $260.00 *
3. On-Line consultation based on kitchen or Bathroom design $260.00 *
Option to arrange Quotations & Project proposal is additional $ 140.00
Extra Fee of $120.00 for additional design spaces
